ART JOBS 2025: How to Post a Job
Job posting step by step
• Create your free job poster account
- Set your username
- Fill in your email
• Log in to ART JOBS
- On the ART JOBS main page, click on the “Submit a Job” button.
• Enter your job details:
- Name of the employer or advertising company *
- Website address or link to a specific page
- You may upload a logo to make your job listing even more visible.
- Recommended image size is 1200 by 630 pixels. pixels to be picked up by Facebook and other social media sites.
- Job Title
- Job type
full-time, part-time, contract, internship.- Job Category
arts and culture, education, museum and gallery, theatre, music, call for artists, other.- Select a State
US state or Country if from outside of US)- Job Location
Enter the City, State and click “Set Location”- Detailed Job Description
Give details about the position, such as responsibilities, qualification requirements & salary.
Be as descriptive as possible so that potential candidates can find your job listing easily.- How to Apply
In the text of your advert, please specify the necessary requirements and the preferred method of response in your job advertisement. For example, you can include a link to your website where candidates can apply or provide an email address where they should send their resumes.
Complete the job submission form and click “Next” to proceed your job posting.

• Select a Job Pack
- Basic job posting plan will allow you advertise 1 job:
- 30 days for $49
- 60 days for $74
- 90 days for $99
- You may also chose from any other job posting plan from the list.
- Multiple ad plans:
If you plan to publish multiple jobs in the near future, select an appropriate multiple job pack.
- Up to 30 jobs in 3 months: $490
- Up to 60 jobs in 6 months: $790
- Unlimited Job Posting!
- Unlimited jobs / one year period $2700
- If you have already purchased a job pack which allowed multiple jobs to be listed, then here you can select the relevant pack showing as “purchased” so that you don’t need to pay again.
• Featured job listings
You can also feature your advertisement for a small additional fee by selecting “feature my listing” tick box.
Featured listings are displayed on top of the homepage, lists and also in chosen category pages.
Featured jobs are also advertised on social media: twitter, facebook group and Linkedin
- After clicking “Next” you will get to the final confirmation page.
- Do you have a Special Promo Code? Fill it up! Get a discount or post the job free of charge!
- Your job is ready to be published, check the details are correct and then click “confirm”
- Job submissions will be redirected to secure site to complete the transaction and published shortly after the payment.
- At the end of that quick process you will be redirected back to your “dashboard” page to review your job listing.
You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal secure site.

- You will be notified via email right after the job post is published on ART JOBS website.
- The invoice and payment confirmation will be sent to the email you have filled out on the PayPal site.
- All sales are final. Postings removed prior to their expiration date will not be refunded.
- Flexible job postings!
- From your ‘dashboard’ you will be able to submit, view, edit, stop, relist or remove your job listings at any time.
- Once the post expires, you can easily relist it from your dashboard.
