Having Trouble Reaching the Final Step in the Job Submission Process?
If you are having trouble completing the job submission process, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Please try going through the job submission process again from the beginning.
In particular, please be patient after clicking the “NEXT” and “SUBMIT” buttons at each step.
The information you enter in the submission form is first checked by our anti-spam software before it is saved. This security check is necessary to protect the site from spam bots that attempt to automatically submit and publish spam.
Because of this additional security check, it may sometimes take a few seconds after clicking “NEXT” or “SUBMIT” for the system to:
- check the submitted information,
- save it to our database, and
- load the next page.
Please wait a few seconds after clicking the button and avoid clicking it repeatedly.
If the page does not respond immediately, this does not necessarily mean that the process has failed.

How to Continue Your Incomplete Job Submission
The system automatically saves an in-progress job submission as a draft, so you can easily continue where you left off.
- Go to My Dashboard: https://artjobs.artsearch.us/dashboard/
- Click the Pending tab.
- Find your job posting by its title.
- On the right side of the job title, click “Continue →”.
- Continue through the submission process.
Important: Please be patient after clicking the “NEXT” and “SUBMIT” buttons. It may take a few seconds for the submitted information to be processed and for the next step to load.
Please click the button only once and wait for the process to complete. Repeatedly clicking the button may interfere with the submission process.
