Experience
Managing Director – Delaware Shakespeare
- Represent Del Shakes in Wilmington, throughout the state of Delaware, and in the Greater Philadelphia area; engagingwith internal and external stakeholders, and the general public.
- Collaborate with Artistic Director on season planning, by providing fiscal and marketing analysis of artistic choices.
- Develop and implement an annual marketing plan that maximizes Del Shakes’ exposure, develops new and untapped markets, and ultimately boosts earned and contributed income.
- Pursue new and increased earned income opportunities through avenues such as merchandising, concessions sales, and additional programming/classes.
- Own and Lead the annual budgeting process.
- Manage Organizational Finances and ensure adherence to budget.
- Develop, negotiate, and draft all contracts for the organization.
- Oversee and implement all HR functions at the organization.
- Manage and ensure effective use of organizational information systems.
- Manage all Box Office related activities and personnel.

Program Director – Goshen Theater
- Overseeing all theater space rentals and facilitating client bookings. Executing contracts and establishing consistent fees for non-profit and for-profit entities and individuals
- Create original programming, scheduled regularly and strategically throughout the program year.
- Develop the events / programming budget with staff team. (Main Stage Productions, Lobby Performances, Play Readings)
- Managing and Recruiting volunteers, with Front of House/Audience Services Manager.
- Overseeing the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, with staff team. Working directly with contract marketing services, printers, and other contractors. Managing the production of all printed materials for all events. Maintain all Social Media (Facebook, Instagram). Facilitate the updating of the Goshen Theater website.
- Assure that all rights and licenses are up to date and renewed annually. Including rights for productions and all performances. Maintain the ASCAP, BMI, SESAC Licensing.
- Maintain and help build on existing and new partnerships with: Goshen College, South Bend Civic Theater, Elkhart County Symphony Association, River Bend Film Festival, Goshen Community Schools, City of Goshen.- Acquire working knowledge of all theater program operations, including front of house and technical operations.
- When appropriate, join the Executive Director in donor cultivation and solicitation.
- Create reports for the board / committees on a regular basis.
- Serve as a member on the Strategic Planning Programming Committee & Marketing / Development Committee.
Executive Director – Spokane Ensemble Theatre
- Work collaboratively with the Artistic Director to solidify current and upcoming productions.
- Actively seek funding through community engagement.
- Oversee board members and reviews board policies.
- Help guide the trajectory of the theater.
- Represent the theater at community events and business engagements.
- Maintain membership as Core Ensemble Member.
- Be the Liaison between the Board and Artistic Team.
Co-Founder of The Spokane Shakespeare Society
- Facilitated the first contract with Spokane Parks Department for performance and use of the Pavilion in River Front Park.
- Engaged with other local theaters to create community partnerships
Resident Artist / Producer – Stage Left Theater
- Oversee production of Masterpiece Monologue & Words That Changed The World for Stage Left Theater.
- Schedule: Filming, Directors, Rehearsals, Actors
- Maintain theatrical space during production.
- Work with technical team to facilitate needs for Directors and Actors.
- Design and implement new iterations based on needs from community and theater.
- Maintain artistic involvement in minimum 1 show a year.
- Attend at least one performance of each production.
