Summary

I am a process and results oriented leader with over two decades of experience in the performing arts. I am a dynamic and influential communicator with a focus on best practices involving inclusivity, equitability and casting policies. This results in a successful diversification of staff, actors, audience and material. This has increased revenue through ticket sales, sponsorships and expansion of our education department. I am comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast paced environment.
