International Recognition: Established and curated a prestigious global new play contest, drawing a remarkable 700+ submissions annually. This initiative not only nurtured emerging playwrights but also enhanced the organization’s global standing.
Advocate for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: Led organizational initiatives to expand audiences and on-stage performances to include diversity of storytelling and faces. Integrated audio description technology to serve the visually impaired and committed to production of work integrating equitable stories. Secured local and NEA funding to continue audience expansion and training the next generation of artists of color
