Production and Administrative Accomplishments
Gallatin History Museum – Development Manager | January 2020 – August 2020
- Responsible for seeking out funding opportunities, writing and submitting grants, meeting with potential donors/partners/sponsors and securing their participation.
- Responsible for creating and implementing promotional materials and special events for educational and fundraising opportunities.
- Responsible for publicity including press releases for print and radio, articles for the company newsletter, local magazines and newspapers, and announcements on social media.
- Recruited and sustained a team of volunteers, scheduling the volunteer calender based on the museum’s needs and volunteer availability, assigning tasks based on respecting volunteer interest and knowledge.
Intermountain Opera Bozeman – Operations and Production Manager | June 2016 – December 2019
