Artist

I received a B.F.A. in graphic design at SUNY Buffalo State in 2024, and have begun to pursue an M.F.A. in Illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

At a design internship at Squeaky Wheel Film and Media center, I assisted with instillation of exhibition work, documented gallery openings, edited sound and video of interviews with artists from their residence program, as well as recorded performances of their work for Squeaky’s website. I independently designed city-wide wayfinding for artist Jordan Livingstons billboard instillations all over Buffalo. I also worked as an instructor under the Tech Arts for Youth program at Squeaky where I got to introduce young animators to the twelve principals of animation, and to assist them in developing their ideas into a finished product. I worked to handle all of the artistic and academic printing and designing needs at Buffalo State University while I was a student there.  I really appreciated being able to take on jobs independently to collectively work with other students and staff to complete all of our orders. Large scale printing, vinyl, signage, logo and marketing design were all included in my roles. I have plenty of service experience as well working in coffee, food, and customer service at Clarence Center Coffee Co.
