Summary
My name is Isabelle Greenewalt. Born and raised in southern Vermont, I have been fortunate enough to travel to communities all over the world, pursue my passions mercilessly, and now study philosophy and astronomy at Bard College. Living in an intellectually and artistically creative space, with constant inspiration from the surrounding environment has allowed a continuous curiosity, and fortified my ability to pursue my lifelong passions for the visual arts, philosophy, social work, and astronomical sciences. I have always loved working with children, I have worked as an art teacher since 2019, and within my local community, I have worked in childcare for quite some time. I value the importance of inspiring interpersonal individuality in the social settings where I work, and am dedicated to cultivating environments that foster self expression and empower independent thinking and authenticity. In my experience in the art world, as a visual artist, jewelry maker, and explorer, I am interested in pursing a career in gallery work, curatorial work, or any creative endeavor which challenges my mind and expectations.
