Lighting Technician

Special Event lightin Design Company is looking for motivated people to assist with the installation and removal of lighting equipment for upscale social events. Experience is preferred, although we are happy to train qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate is energetic, active, friendly, polite and able to converse well with fellow staff members and clients. He/she should have the ability to quickly learn and retain information. Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.

There exist opportunities to work one’s way up to programming and/or a project management position and there are also opportunities to travel.

The position starts as a part time/hourly/as needed position with the possibility of moving to full time. Starting hourly rate will range from $28.00 to $50.00 and will depend upon the candidate’s general work experience.
