Culture Building:
I use regular creative low-stake assignments, flipped classroom engagements, and open-ended thought experiments to shape a classroom culture of creative and collaborative teamwork.

Flipped Classroom:
By learning to play the ukulele along with my students with no prior experience, I have undermined the normal politics of a classroom and created space for students to drive their own learning goals.
