Managing Director

The Award-winning BARRINGTON STAGE COMPANY has initiated a search for a Managing Director to join BSC’s Artistic Director as co-leaders of the company.  It is the Board’s intent to engage the successful candidate by spring 2024.

Heralded by BroadwayWorld Berkshires as the “Theatre Company of the Decade” and lauded by the Boston Globe as “one of the jewels in the state’s crown”, BSC is one of the region’s premier cultural assets.

Barrington Stage Company is the fastest-growing arts venue in Berkshire County. Led by renowned director and Artistic Director Alan Paul, BSC continues to gain national recognition for its award-winning productions, its impactful educational programs and its broad civic engagement.

BSC seeks a dynamic administrative leader to form an effective partnership with BSC’s Artistic Director and work closely with the Board and senior staff to steward BSC into its next era of artistic and organizational success.
