Top Contemporary gallery based in Denver is looking to recruit a seasoned top-producing experienced art dealer/director to join their team. Great opportunity for a self-starter who loves a challenge and is interested in sales.
This position is for individuals who are both interested in sales and marketing as well as running a gallery and it’s program.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Proactive input related to sales and internal and external exhibitions.
• Providing information and sales assistance to collectors, museum professionals, media contacts and the general public
• Working closely with the Owner to conduct and cultivate sales
• Accurately and consistently maintain client and inventory systems and gallery internal records
• Excellent computer skills: online posting, Photoshop, and marketing skills preferable

• Proven track record of high-end sales
• Proven knowledge of art history/contemporary art.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in comparable commercial galleries, luxury goods or auction houses.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
• High-level proficiency with computers, including database programs
• Must work productively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Meticulous proofreading and editing skills
• Punctuality
• Proactive and motivated attitude
• Willing to or already located in  Denver
