As the manager of the center’s digital marketing platforms, this role is accountable for overseeing the functionality and content of various channels such as the website, DPAC’s mobile app, digital programs, social media accounts, and the Tessitura/TNEW mobile ticketing platform in collaboration with the Operations Team.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to identify and execute effective processes and lead projects independently.
This role involves creating and implementing communication strategies, disseminating social media and blog post plans, updating the website, and managing the student ambassador team.
Moreover, this position involves developing and implementing strategic campaigns across multiple online channels to promote center events and generate revenue.
