Concert production manager/ Assistant to Director

We’re seeking a highly organized, resourceful and proactive concert production manager/assistant to artistic director to join our small, but dynamic organization.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Multilingual. Fluency in both English and Russian (written & spoken) is a must due to a bilingual environment of workplace.
• Rudimentary music education.
• Experience in managing social media and/or in digital marketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to Detail.
• Discretion and Confidentiality.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Communication Tools, etc).
• Previous experience in art and/or music events is preferred.
• Availability to work in-office in NYC.

Main duties include, but not limited to:

• Scheduling and logistics (Managing schedules, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings).
• Handling paperwork (Processing invoices and contracts, tracking expenses, and managing other financial documentation, etc).
• Administrative Support (Handling correspondence, managing emails, preparing documents, and maintaining records).
• Event Support (Assisting with event planning, coordinating schedules for events, and providing on-site support).
• Social Media Support (Assisting with social media management, including posting content and engaging with audience).
• Please note that his is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time after 3 months. Immediate start.

Salary:
$70,000+ /year USD
Pro-rated salary for part-time position

All our concerts combine refined programming with inspiring talks by world-renowned speakers and musicians, transforming the traditional recital into an intimate and thought-provoking blend of performance, speech, and image.
