We’re seeking a Director of Human Resources who is passionate about people, culture, and equity to lead HR strategy and operations in support of our dynamic, mission-driven team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact at a historic performing arts institution committed to accessibility, inclusion, and artistic excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture across our 65 full-time and 400+ part-time/seasonal staff.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning—helping to attract and support top talent from all backgrounds.
• Drive employee engagement, performance development, and culture-building initiatives that reflect our organizational values.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff, offering guidance on employee relations, compliance, and workplace best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to build and sustain a workplace where creativity, belonging, and growth flourish.
