The Role
We are looking for a skilled Art Advisor to join our Enterprise team. You’ll lead the management and delivery of exceptional artwork programs for some of our largest clients across multiple industries, and while ultimately responsible for your own success, you’ll have the full support of our internal marketing, business development, artist services and operations teams. Responsibilities:
- Lead research, design, and execution of large scale projects addressing all kinds of environments with all kinds of art types: prints, originals, vinyl, murals, sculpture, and monumental scale or interactive works, etc.
- Help develop and participate in sales and marketing presentations to win large scale projects.
- Oversee and/or execute a variety of tasks across creative project management including working with and recruiting artists, vendors, and designers.
- Build materials and strategies to support the art selection and project delivery process, and lead engagements with c-suite stakeholders, architects and designers, and other decision makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our mission and service, and continually work to improve our processes and manage one’s time and priorities to increase capacity and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Successful prior Art Advising/Consulting/Project Management experience working with large clients and projects.
- Experience and prior success working with senior clients, architects, designers and/or large art committees.
- Proven track record in project management, including budget ownership for projects while paying strict attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Skilled in creating project schedules, monitoring progress, and proactively mitigating risks to deliver on time and on budget
- Resilient under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Exceptionally well organized and detail oriented.
- Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, regularly evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus.
- BA/BS degree.
Salary:
Starting salary commensurate with experience; $50k-$60k
