Associate Production Manager

The Associate Production Manager plays a pivotal role within TheatreSquared, serving as a full-time member of the staff and an integral part of the Production team and is supervised by the Director of Production.
This position requires a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for theatrical creation.

This position works closely with and is supervised by the Director of Production in the management of the production department as a whole. While the department director is primarily responsible for working ahead and prepping for upcoming shows and future seasons, the APM focuses on managing shows that are actively in production. Additionally, the APM is the direct supervisor for the stage management teams.

In addition to proficiency in stage management, the ideal candidate should possess a positive and outgoing attitude, along with strong leadership qualities and a collaborative work ethic.
