Job Summary

Monét-Michel  (@monetmichel_official) invites artists to submit work for our Live Benefit Exhibition, October 18–19, 2025, at the Ahmad Shariff Art Gallery (@ahmadyshariff) in the Claremont Art District.

Artists will be featured in our event catalog, exhibition space, and promotional social media posts to our combined 34K followers.
Local nonprofit partner – TBA.

Detailed Description

About the Exhibition

• Dates: October 18–19, 2025

• Venue: Ahmad Shariff Art Gallery, Claremont Art District

• Theme: “Motion” — works that explore movement, transformation, or progression through dynamic energy, symbolic storytelling, or emotional resonance

• Nonprofit Partner: TBA

Artist Perks

• Prime exhibition location directly across from the Claremont Lewis Museum of Art during the Claremont Art Walk

• Featured placement in our printed Fall 2025 Art Catalog

• Promotion to our 34K+ combined social media audience

• Exposure to a high-traffic collector and art enthusiast crowd over the two-day event

• 70% commission on all artwork sales (artist retains 70% of the sale price)

Participation Details

• Participation: Exhibit your amazing art at Ahmad Shariff Gallery in the heart of Claremont Arts District. Gallery is located across the street from Claremont Museum of Art.

• Artists retain 70% commission from sales; 30% commission retained by Monét-Michel

• Space is limited — early application strongly encouraged

Eligibility & Logistics

• Open to artists working in any medium (painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, etc.)

• Artists are responsible for delivering and installing their work in Claremont, CA on the morning of the exhibition

• Artists retain full copyright to their work
