• Position location: URI/Kingston

• Grade Level: 9

• Salary Range ($53,392 – $80,006) will be prorated to reflect 35-hour per week academic year work schedule.

• The position is full-time, academic year, limited to 06/28/2025 with anticipated renewal.
BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for technical aspects of the University’s Robert E. Will Theatre, J Studio black box theatre, and potential additional spaces. Primarily responsible for the construction of scenic elements for the Theatre Department’s mainstage productions. Oversee, manage, and coordinate multiple theatre production elements including sets, props, sound, lighting, and special effects. Responsible for operating, protecting, scheduling, and maintaining the theatre’s technical resources.
