About the Role
Reporting to the Associate Director, Communications Operations, the Project Management Coordinator will be an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual who will support the Content and Digital Services team in the creation of compelling content as part of a unified and effective brand identity for the BSO across its various programs and sub-brands (Symphony, Pops, Fireworks Spectacular, Tanglewood, Tanglewood Music Center, Tanglewood Learning Institute, Popular Artists). This individual will provide administrative and backup support to the Content & Digital team while supporting project management administration across Content & Digital, including Creative Services, Publications, Digital Platforms, and Marketing Editorial.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage production details for projects executed by Content and Digital Services team
· Coordinate print production and direct mail fulfillment for projects executed by the Creative Services team, including signage, brochures, post cards, and other custom projects
· Support Associate Director, Communications Operations for project requests, file sharing, and project management tools used by the Content and Digital Services team
· Oversee digital asset management for Content & Digital team, coordinating with broader stakeholders across the organization
· Administrative tasks as needed
Required Education and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- 2+ years’ experience as web/production assistant or administration
- Knowledge of Classical Music a plus
- Experience in creative departments or digital environments a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and creative skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong multi-tasking skills
- Punctual with work schedule
- Demonstrated ability to follow organization policies and procedures and take direction
- A team player, willing to provide support where needed
- Working knowledge of Airtable a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus
