COMMITMENT: Dates may change based on location

  • Venue Advance: Oct 01-Oct.31, 2022 (8hrs per day / mon-fri)
  • Install: Nov 01-26, 2022 (10-12 hrs per days / 7am – 7pm / 6 days per week)
  • Show: Nov 26-Jan 1, 2023, (8-10 hrs per days / 3pm – midnight / 5 days per week)
  • Strike: Jan 02-15, 2023 (10-12 hr days / 7am – 7pm / 6 days per week)

May include some travel for training purposes


  • Must commit to the entire production run from the pre-event to the load-out
  • Must be prepared to work each day of the Load-in, Install, Run-of-Show,  Strike and Load-out.
  • This includes the holiday season:  Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.



We are creators of a magical event called Enchant Christmas. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. While Christmas is a big part of what we do, it is only the beginning of where we intend to go.



  • Coordinate technical and production elements of activations with all departments and vendors.
  • Work with Production, Creative, Build and Operations to ensure all technical and design aspects are maintained throughout the production run.
  • Assist in the management of the production timeline including the production elements, load-ins, and load-outs.
  • Work with vendors, contracts and negotiations as needed pertaining to purchased and rented equipment.
  • Conduct site visits as needed.
  • Assist with the development of a number of local staff and equipment requirements for all activations.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring and training of seasonal employees as need
  • Responsible for constant, accurate monitoring of project status as to timelines, schedules, budgets, scope, updates, and meetings; and for adjustments as necessary to keep on time and on budget.
  • Ensure all suppliers and crew are respecting site safety regulations and protocols, including by wearing all recommended PPE and adhering to venue safety regulations.
  • Create a production technical rider for all activations.

  • 5+ years of experience in large live event production, services, and management
  • Ability to handle multiple and diverse projects and tasks
  • Self-motivated and articulate; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheets and Google Suite (Preferred)
  • Ability to read and analyze CAD and Vectorworks drawing
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure, tight deadlines or financial constraints
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work an event-based schedule (i.e., evenings/late nights and weekends



  • OSHA 10 training

Advertised Pay Range: $1,500 – $1,800 wk/salary
