Work part time from home in support of the Performing Arts!
If you have Fundraising/Sales experience and a passion for the Performing Arts, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate Carnegie Hall fundraising team!

We are currently accepting applications for new team members who meet the following criteria:
Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.
- No cold calling — all leads are Carnegie Hall concertgoers and/or current/lapsed donors.
- Fully remote/WFH — all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer
- Receiving feedback/coaching from your Manager is to be expected; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity
You must be computer savvy and are required to have:
- Desktop or laptop
- High Speed Internet
- Headset with microphone
You MUST be:
- Articulate and persuasive, be able to follow a script, memorize it and sound authentic and natural
- Someone who can consistently CLOSE SALES and RAISE MONEY
If hired, you MUST:
- Be available to attend paid training on: Tuesday 10/8 from 4-9pm EST
- Be able to work 20 hours per week:
- Shifts are 5 hours in length and take place Monday-Thursday evenings from 4pm-9pm (Eastern Time), Friday-Saturday from 12pm-5pm (Eastern Time).
- New hires are expected to work 3 shifts following training between 10/9-10/12
- Be available for the duration of the campaign (through 6/30/2025)
- You MUST be working from one of the following states to be eligible: NY, NJ, CT, MA, IL
- You must have an active email that you can access regularly.
Compensation: BASE + COMMISSION
