Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including grant writing and donor cultivation.
• Manage relationships with current and prospective donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Oversee marketing initiatives to promote Arts Garage programs and events effectively.
• Plan and execute fundraising events that align with our mission and engage the community.
• Collaborate with staff to create compelling grant proposals that secure funding for programs.
• Utilize databases to track donor engagement and manage fundraising efforts efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in nonprofit management or development, preferably in the arts sector.
• Strong skills in grant proposal writing and fundraising strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for public relations and donor engagement.
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to plan events that resonate with our community’s interests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
