QUALIFICATIONS

A member of Actors’ Equity Association since 1979, I made my living in the professional theatre for 25 years until transitioning into the field of education in 2005. As will be shown by my employment record, I have participated in nearly every aspect of the acting profession, from the theatre to television to film, in the recording studio and on the concert stage. Prior to my professional career, I received extensive training at both the university level, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, and in a conservatory atmosphere, completing three years of study at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco and finalizing my studies with a Master of Fine Arts in Acting at the National Conservatory Theatre in Denver. For the past eight years I have been serving as a teacher, director, advisor and administrator at Drury University and for various institutions and independent producers. I am presently chair of the Drury University Theatre Department.
