Education

I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa. In 2014, I graduated with a MBA from Florida International University specializing in corporate marketing, management techniques, process improvement methodology, policy implementation and strategic management. As part of my studies, I completed a residency project at Sheridan Healthcare. Working closely with the Directors of the Kaizen, legal, marketing and invoicing departments, I had the opportunity to participate in many collaborative projects involving the development of new standard work processes.

Experience

I am currently serving as the Curator / Community Engagement Coordinator at Studio 18 in the Pines. A public fine art facility owned and operated by the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida. My responsibilities include the research, development and installation of fine art exhibitions. Also, I am responsible for the brokering of community partnerships with local artists and art organizations. Additionally, I am responsible for the creation of all media and marketing materials as well as the planning and supervising of all opening vernissage events and fine art workshops.

My professional experience includes many years as a professional educator, and entrepreneur. I believe my creativity, strong communication (verbal & written) and management skills mixed with the ability to connect with varied audiences can be of benefit to your organization.
