Resident Stage Manager/Technical Director/Stage Manager
Remotely organized, coordinated and scheduled all materials and personnel needed for the end of year dance recital. Communicated all technical needs to the resident technical director several months before the event, ensuring an efficient load in process. Implemented and maintained all safety rules and regulations of the performance venue and dance studio in order to maintain the welfare of the 150 dancers involved in the production. Designed the lighting plot for the entire production, executed all lighting cues, called all sound and rail cues throughout the performance.

Analyze data to improve inventory shrink and asset protection strategies for 110 stores throughout the region. Maintain and improve safety standards within the stores to provide a safe working/shopping environment for associates and customers.
