ARTIST LIAISON
Over the Influence, Los Angeles/Hong Kong Dec 2018 – Present
- Manage all artist-related gallery functions including but not limited to developing and documenting an in-depth knowledge of all artists practices and biographies, acting as main point of contact for all artists working with the galleries both in HK and LA, maintaining database of artworks, production budgets, and vendors, review and compiling artist press packets for Archiving
- Research and propose 18 exhibitions annually for HK and LA galleries, liaise between artist and production staff for all gallery exhibitions and projects, and oversee design and production of artist catalogues and designs assets
- Assist with management of staff including hiring, training, and organizing schedules.
- Foster relationships with museum curators, academics, and writers, develop and manage projects for artists with institutions, negotiate contracts and manage logistics for outside projects and commissions
- Manage communications and press associates including overseeing press release, social media campaigns, manage and grow local email lists and oversee newsletter campaigns, managing digital assets and website content, producing advertisements, and managing marketing budgets
CURATOR AND EXHIBITIONS MANAGER

- Develop curatorial focus and strategy for the foundation including but not limited to conception of exhibitions, educational programs, and public art projects.
- Initiate, plan, manage, and curate all exhibitions in collaboration with artists including researching and writing all texts for artists, exhibitions and website, developing the scenography, managing production, and logistics for exhibition, creating and managing budgets for each exhibition and project
- Oversight of production of products such as exhibition catalogues and collaborations
- Oversee artwork loans to international institutions
