Summary

Senior college student looking for work in performing arts events. I’m seeking to join an organization with an inspiring mission and to constantly prioritize the progress of that mission in my day-to-day life. I’d be interested in opportunities at any intersection of event planning, arts access, or nonprofit work. Previous experience in school and the workforce has improved my confidence in roles requiring leadership, team-building, attention to detail, event planning, customer service, and people skills.

  • Led rehearsals averaging at 12 hours weekly; responsible for style, scene blocking, and logistics 

President of Kite & Keys A Cappella (January 2022 – December 2022)

  • Fundraised $1000 in first four months via membership dues, local business partnerships, and ticket purchases
  • Improved attendance by implementing attendance policy and communication process
  • Required all members to take bystander awareness and assault intervention training
  • Started clubs first ever archive to maintain accuracy of position roles, operations, timeline of projects and succession plans 

Director of The Best of the Worst (January 2023 – Present)

  • Organized a team of 24 cast members and 14 production staff

  • Communicated with and confirmed plans with clients
  • Received deliveries and helped maintain large inventories
  • Oversaw the distribution of keys and fob access during the summer season
  • Assisted in the facilitation of events and was on call in case any client needs arose

Social Chair of Players Theatre Club (January 2022 – January 2023)

  • Hosted events for up to 60 club members, including formals, performances, self-care and bonding activities 
  • Balanced the social chair budget through operating fundraisers that allowed the purchase of club merchandise, decorations, and meals for club members
  • Received social event host training facilitated by Franklin & Marshall College
