Emily Mohr

I attended Western State Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado. I have a bachelors degree in Studio Art and will finish my masters in Gallery Management and Exhibition Specialization in May.

I have worked as an art instructor at the local arts center for three years teaching classes in many different mediums for kids ages 2 to 18. I was also an intern at the same arts center learning the management and operations of the center as a whole. I have designed class syllabi, course catalogs, email ad mailers, and advertising posters.
Then as part of my masters I completed an internship in a fine art gallery. I learned the operations from all aspects, including the creation, curation, and hanging of biweekly exhibitions, sales, framing, packing and shipping of fine artworks, and hosting art walk events and show openings.
