Receptionist sought for the STREB Lab for Action Mechanics

The receptionist will work at the front desk answering telephone calls, taking messages, and signing in clients.
Additionally the receptionist will receive payment for house services including but not limited to rentals, education and trapeze programs; field questions about SLAM programs; check mail, email, voicemail, respond accordingly and track messages to the appropriate people; and run errands when necessary.

The ideal candidate for this position will have between 2-3 years of reception experience as well as experience in data entry.
The selected candidate will also be self-motivated and enthusiastic, have a strong sense of civic responsibility and a desire to engage with the public.
It will also be extremely important to be an effective communicator, a good writer and have a very positive attitude.

Start date for this position: Immediately August 15th
Salary is Commensurate with Experience.
