Part-Time Job Receptionist / Assistant to the Manager

Vanity Projects LLC is looking for a Receptionist who also doubles as an Assistant to the Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to learn and fully immerse themselves in all aspects of an emerging business. Key roles include managing daily front desk responsibilities, answering the phone, taking bookings and interacting with clients, assisting with events, marketing, social media management, liaising with nail artists, curators, and press relations. The hours are 11-830 pm and we need someone who can commit to 2-3 days a week, including weekends.
This role requires an outgoing personality and friendly demeanor and someone who is interested in nails, video art, and fashion. As a receptionist you will also be the face of our NY salon so please have a stylish yet casual wardrobe.
Vanity Projects is a luxury concept that merges a high-end nail art atelier with video art programming. Our vision is to re-shape the way patrons perceive and experience video art by placing it in an engaging environment. Vanity Projects is not a gallery space, but a creative hub where customers can develop a taste and real connoisseurship for the video medium.
