Full-Time Job Patron Services Manager
Oregon Children’s Theatre (OCT) is reshaping its traditional box office function to encompass greater responsibility for patron services and communications across all aspects of our programs. The Patron Services department will play a key role in ensuring that our audience members, program participants, and patrons receive exceptional service and support through every interaction and every transaction.
The company seeks to fill the position of Patron Services Manager with an individual who brings a strong commitment and leadership to customer service and care. The successful candidate will demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovation, and be able to take the lead in devising and implementing improved systems, policies, and practices. Excellent time management skills and self-direction are essential. The position reports to OCT’s Communications and Marketing Director, and serves as a member of OCT’s Leadership Team.
The Patron Services Manager supervises and trains departmental staff, and is responsible for maintaining and improving the daily operations of OCT’s ticketing, registration, and sales functions. The Manager will also be expected to answer phones and handle walk-up sales.
The position reports to OCT’s Communications and Marketing Director, and serves as a member of OCT’s Leadership Team.
