The Valencia College School of Arts and Entertainment is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and transformative leader to join us as the Dean of the School of Arts and Entertainment. In this role, you will lead the academic, fiscal, and operational areas of the School within Valencia College in close partnership with the Provost and with colleagues around the College. Responsible for ensuring all facets of School plans are aligned with and fulfill the college’s strategic priorities and direction.

Valencia College’s dynamic School of Arts and Entertainment houses the following arts and entertainment programs that are essential to our Central Florida artistic and cultural community and workforce: Art Studio/Fine Art, Dance Performance, Digital Media Technology, Live Entertainment Design & Production, Film Production Technology, Graphic and Interactive Design, Music Performance, Musical Theatre, Audio Technology and Sound Production, Theatre/Dramatic Arts, New Media (Journalism and Social Media Strategy), and Architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited University with a major in Fine Arts (Arts, Dance, Music, Theatre, Graphics, Film/Music Production, or related field).

Salary:   $105,436- $148,963 Per Year
