Job Description

This position requires teaching a variety of theatre courses as assigned.
Courses to be taught include but are not limited to Stagecraft, Lighting for Stage & Studio and Introduction to Theatre.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for scenic design and technical direction on theatre productions as assigned.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to academic advisement, student mentoring, curriculum development, recruitment and retention, and serving on college committees.

Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree or MFA in Theatre, with an emphasis in design.

A commitment to the community college mission and to working with diverse student populations.
