Full-Time Job Assistant Ticket Office Manager
The Performing Arts Center, a four-theatre complex presenting professional music, dance and theatre, seeks an Assistant Ticket Office Manager who will help manage inbound and outbound ticket sales and customer service activity via the ticket office, web site, and mail channels.
Other duties will include but not be limited to: marketing activities, helping to maintain a superior level of customer service, financial reporting and database management, supervision of staff, operations of both window and phone sales, ticket office cash management, ticket office coverage and night-of-show operations for performances, show settlement and reconciliation, maintenance of ticket office infrastructure. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Minimum of 2-3 years previous ticketing experience is necessary.
Knowledge of Tessitura, accounting principles, cash handling, and MS Office required.
Must have outstanding leadership and customer service skills.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Salary commensurate with experience, plus an excellent benefit package.
