Responsible for providing Gallery Director with day-to-day assistance of all administrative needs, ranging from sales to special research projects to inventory management.
Responsible for maintaining inventory records, creating catalogs for publication, website maintenance, customer service, shipping requests and inquiries, research needs, financial reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Provide auction day support in form of registration, clerking, internet bidding console, tech support, and post-auction reconciling.

Continue textile conservation on collections currently on exhibition.
Manage exhibition space by rotating permanent exhibitions, cleaning cases, writing interpretive text, package and ship objects on loan, and design special exhibitions. Publish research on a variety of topics for front office.

Responsible for researching, contacting donors and artists, and arranging for the disposal of approved deaccessioned collections. Also responsible for contacting museums, galleries and universities in regards to deaccessioned collection items available for gifts. Arranged for the successful deaccession of 120 pieces of art to donors, artists, museums, and galleries.
Provided extensive provenance research on Asian, African and Pre-Columbian collections held by the museum in order to prepare for deaccessioning. Contact professionals in local, national and global museums to assist with proper deaccessioning.

Assisted in accessioning donations and bequests to the museum between 2011 and 2014. Worked extensively with Mimsy XG software.

Worked on 2013 exhibition Fearless Voyagers: Women Who Challenged the Middle East, 1870-1940, which featured recent acquisitions of Gnathia pottery from a private donor. Responsible for organizing and proofing research for catalog and wall panels, contributed to layout and lighting scheme, and training volunteers.
